Summer Seminar Test Scores

Hello! I was planning to apply for Summer Seminar, but I am unsure if I should submit my PSAT scores. I got a 1280 overall, 710 on reading/writing and 570 on math. Are these good enough to submit or should I hold back and go test optional?
