Where's the peak season?

I work sort at the 81st street hub in Indy. It really hasn't picked up that much. We can have all the hours we want but we aren't being slammed. We even left fifteen minutes early last Friday. Rumor has it all the packages are going to the newer, more automated hub in Plainfield, IN. The old-timers have stated this is the strangest and slowest peak ever here. Does anyone have any thoughts? Are other hubs slow and steady or just ours?
