What would you do

If you’ve been with the company for close to 5 years with intent to be a FT driver, would you stick it out? Not really sure what to do. Some drivers are retiring this year but who knows if they’ll hire more. Getting tired of going back and forth from pre load to seasonal driving. Love driving, hate pre load lol
