Lied too and lost our job

Me and my girlfriend both started working 10/15/24 as preloaders I asked in orientation if we would be seasonal twice we were told no and that we have made it just in time fast forward and last week we get told we are seasonal and that day was our last day I talked to the lead he told us the same thing is this even allowed is there anyway we can get our spots back since we were lied too

Edit: When I asked our preload lead he also told us that our seniority was paused due to the peak season
