UNAS Pro doesn't appear in Unifi console

I just got a UNAS Pro and so far have been pretty disappointed in the onboarding experience.

It didn't appear in my main Unifi console to be adopted like all other devices have. Instead, support told me I needed to connect locally to the NAS.

Now the NAS doesn't appear in my main Unifi console to be managed, even after connecting to the NAS via my Unifi console account login.

I checked that IU have "Remote Access" enabled on the NAS.

This kind of sucks.
