Recruiter can’t seem to be recruited 🤣

Im moving to Edinburgh in 1 month (dependent visa) and I’ve been applying for jobs for a while now. I’m a recruiter with 8 yoe (it -3/4 years and other industries - 5 years), international experience.

I had 3/4 interviews but they don’t seem to have any positive outcome.

I know the job market is hard, I know UK is not at his best right now but I really need to move there for personal reasons.

What do you recommend ? What should be my salary expectations when asked ?

I’m open to any other roles as well, as long as it’s not a really physical job (back problem).
