Teaching jobs with skilled worker visa

Hi!
I would love to move to London because my partner lives there and I would need a skilled worker visa in order to stay in the country.
I'm a certified teacher in Sweden and I would like to continue working as a teacher in the UK.
Do you guys have any tips on how to get a teaching job or any other jobs that would offer a skilled worker visa?
Is there any other way to move and work in the UK outside of the skilled worker visa?
