wierd discharge and lower belly aches

so yh im 20f i posted the predecessor for this story yesterday but mods removed it. basically i got fingered . dw the finger nails were chipped and cut short and every thing was clean. there was no penetration of p3nis. but during the fingering sesison i felt extreme pain in my lower belly near the groin area. it felt like period cramps. today the pain is less but ny lower back hurts and i am getting this wierd discharge. it looks like curd has no smell at all and is thick . idk what is going on and im so scared. it doesn't hurt when i pee anymore yesterday it was burning a lot. is there something wrong? i dont have any other symptoms.
