'Something Went Wrong' Twitter/X.com says After Passing the Arkose Challenge

Hi X friends, after passing the Arkose Challenge it said 'Something went wrong.

Due to a technical issue, we couldn't complete this request. Please try again.' then there a 'Try Again' button which I've clicked a few times. This is on macOS Sonoma Safari and Chrome. When I went to x.com on Firefox the login page was normal, I type in my password and account name but it seemed to think I've login many times and have failed to log even though I haven't really logged in (coz' I never log out my Twitter) which I'm guess was because of the first bug after the Arkose challenge, when I click Try Again a few times, it may have thought those were failed attempts?

What could be the solution? How long is your recommended minutes or hours or days before I click 'Try Again' (on the Arkose Challenge page that I've passed as human which I've not close, the tab windows I've not close it).
