Protecting Others Identities When Streaming World of Warcraft?

I have been streaming World of Warcraft with the new expansion out. One of my friend/guild mates is new and and struggled hard on one of the heroic dungeons. One of my viewers actually messaged him mocking him for doing badly. I feel terrible about it and am wondering what measures I can do to make my party members/guildmates more anonymous when I’m in game? I love streaming the game but I don’t want to violate the privacy of friends and party members.
