Mods are ruining reddit and reddit does nothing

They can ban you, remove your post, just because they can. I used to like Reddit but the mods has ruined it. There needs to be more monitoring and you should be able to complain about subgroups and mods.

I know most mods respect the rules but there are a lot who do what they want.
