Help on ID a knife that I recently refurbed

I have been passionate about knifes since I was a kid, treated myself to a Tojiro a few years ago but this guy has been sitting in my kitchen with a broken tip and a very rough edge for a long time.
A while back I decided to bring it back to life and put a new edge on it; I’m very happy with the result, it’s the only knife I ever got to “cut through absorbent paper” sharp and after cutting some fish with it the patina is turning a beautiful blue.
I’m just curious if anyone has seen this kanji before and if it’s possible to id the steel just from a picture.
