FFS question: lower lip asymmetry

I am approximately three weeks post-FFS, and my lower lip is having mobility issues on the left side only. Essentially, I cannot move it downwards via expression; it’s also difficult to pull it downwards with my fingers in a way that is different than the other side, and even at rest you can see that it is up tighter compared to my right side (the included picture is NOT mirrored, so my left hand side is on the right side of the picture).

Has anyone else experienced anything like this? What was it, and what did you do?
