my tiktok was hacked 😭

my tiktok got hacked by someone in california on the 18th i’ve reached out to tiktok endlessly and so far all ive gotten was an email asking for more info. i gave them all the info yesterday and haven’t heard back yet… be honest am i totally screwed. i’ve had the same account since tiktok was musical.ly so i definitely want it back . is there anyways i can speed up the process of them getting it back? even after they said they locked it i got an email that the hacker refunded my only tiktok shop purchase so now they have $11 in credits from my account. i just want my account what do i do 😭
