HOU - DAL thoughts on our double big lineup

After the Luka-AD trade, I still think Mavs and Lakers will both be a tough matchup for OKC. Still haven't seen the new look Lakers, but Mavs, with their lengthy, athletic and full size front courts: Lively, Gafford, AD, PJ, even Naji, it could be a bad matchup for Thunder, a few early thoughts watching HOU - DAL:

- Picking up iHart is crucial. We need to size up with the Mavs. AD struggles when facing a big physical 5, think about our match up with Lakers this year, iHart did a great job on AD. Even an aging, post-major-injuries Steve-O is giving AD a hard time. Rockets started Steve-O the second half and instantly made a run

- Even with Lakers, they have decent size in their key rotations: Luka, LBJ, Rui, DFJ, Mark Williams. They theoretically have a high offensive ceiling, how will our defense hold up? will our offense struggle?

- Experimenting the double big lineups, like last night, would be beneficial down the road. We desperately need it to work

- I think two more options to beat big, physical frontcourts are: 1) out shoot them. Penalize their traditional big by dragging them out to the perimeter. Think about Cs and how their top 8 rotation players can all shoot 2) cross matching. Having Jrue guarding Joel/Gafford and etc. We potentially can have Dort, Dub or even Cason cross match, but it might cost their on the offensive end
