I love Bob The Drag Queen

I just finished watching Episode 2 and Bob TDQ is cracking me up and is my favorite character on S3 so far.

Can Bob fans give me a breakdown on who he is, his backstory, etc? He's got the best lines on the show and I hope sticks around for the sake of entertainment.
