How do I stop Navalny from getting couped in the USSR

Im doing Navalny path in the USSR and there’s a mutual exclusive focus between cooperation with Rashkin and sitting with the communists, i wanna do the latter but it wont let me, evey time I do the military launches a coup and gives rashkin power back. help i dont want to cooperate with Rashkin
