I just wasted 3000 cat food

I decided I would save up cat food for epic feat because I was at about 2900, got up to 3000 for epic fest then did 22 pulls, first eleven had no new cats and no ubers, second one had no new cats and my ubers were furilan pasilan and war god masamune, did I get scammed? Can I get a refund?
