Legal help - wife took a loan on our house despite me being in the chanote

I have a serious question:

My wife took a loan on our house. When we registered it, I hired a lawyer to make sure that I am in the document and that she can't sell the house without my agreement (for 30 years). But now it turns out she took a loan on the house and has to pay 16,000 Baht per month so she can keep the house. This is an interest rate of 38% per year but legally the maximum is 15% in Thailand.

I don't understand how that can be legal. There is even a new entry in the Chanote and this was added by the land office. Could I hire a lawyer to solve this issue?
