Model 3 21/22/23 or New

I’m thinking of taking the plunge and joining the electric revolution. I have been researching new and used Model 3s. They appear to be reasonably priced from dealers and Tesla themselves.

I’m looking for some expert advice on the year to go for, mileage, single motor, AWD and what to look for?

From what I’ve read the models with VINs: LRW appear to be worth going for due to the better build quality.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
