Using NACS Wall Connector in Europe?

Hi everyone,

I just received a Wall Connector I bought on the European Ebay only to realize it is the NA version with the NACS adapter (without the seller mentioning this).

Is there any way I can make this useful? Or is it not even compatible with German / European house electricy to begin with and did I just get plainly ripped off?
