How to keep order of sent messages?

When you send a bunch of items and they keep processing, they end up being send in different order.

Example: share a video, then explain the video... And people asks : what video?? .... That's very annoying. Having to wait!!. Or sending videos in order and being received unordered...

I saw Whatsapp does keep messages waiting and processes in order.. How do I do that in telegram?
