My mom found porn on my phone

Since all the current stuff with Medicaid (my brother uses it) and all political stuff. My Mom started setting new rules about technology and now every night I have to give her my phone. Last night she did and looked through my phone and found porn on it and she also wants to hard reset my phone and computer. What do I do.
