Jenelle Evans wants whoever is watching her kids to stop. In response to recent reports Kaiser and Ensley being home during the school day, her manager has pointed out that it is an “invasion of privacy” and a “security risk” for someone to be stalking their home for hours on end. The Teen Mom star moved away from the house that she owns with David Eason and currently has custody of her three kids.

Though Jenelle Evans is used to life in the public eye, recent media attention has crossed a line. Someone recently spoke to The Sun with a detailed account of her youngest two kids’ whereabouts around their Las Vegas home. They spoke to the outlet about things that Kaiser and Ensley were doing during the day. The person claimed, “Both of the younger kids were out playing in the street in front of Jenelle's home pretty much all day on Thursday and Friday of last week.” They indicated that they looked at what the children were doing for hours, noting that they “were outside from about 8:30 till around 11:30 am.”

"They seemed to be riding around the blocks and going to a neighbor's home and coming back," reported their account in The Sun.

Jenelle recently won custody of 7-year-old Ensley from David Eason. Kaiser, her son with Nathan Griffith is now 10 years old. Her manager, August Keen, spoke out against the “scary and creepy” behavior with an exclusive statement to Celebuzz. “We have been speaking to authorities to ensure the safety of the kids,” he explained. “The fact that someone is running with a false narrative for their own personal gain and watching children is not only invasion of privacy but also a security threat to Jenelle and the children, and also very scary and creepy.”

August went on to say that they will be pursuing legal action about it. “We have spoken to the police department and our lawyers to figure out next steps,” he revealed.

Jenelle’s manager emphasized, “No person should be watching children from supposed 8:30am - 11am, watching children for multiple days and their every move, and trying to sabotage the happiness of any child is disturbing. “We are dedicated to finding out who this or these people are.” He went on to address the allegations that the kids are not enrolled in school.

“We can ensure the public that all Jenelles children go to school regularly as they are scheduled and required to do so, and are thriving in their new environment,” August stated. “Since this is involving children and someone seems to be stalking the home, we are pursuing legal action and will be pressing charges,” he concluded.

Jenelle previously spoke to Celebuzz after she was granted full custody of her daughter. The North Carolina judge declared in August, “The best interest of Ensley would be served for sole physical and legal custody to be awarded to Ms. Eason today, with there to be supervised visitation [held off] unless and until a psychological evaluation [for David] has been completed.” It was also ruled that Ensley “should not be visiting” David while he resides on Jenelle’s boat. “I'm so happy to have been granted full custody!” she confessed, “But I'm surprised he didn't show up to court for his daughter." Jenelle, who is currently filming for Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, admitted that David did not allow Ensley to be on camera. He did not consent as “leverage” to get his stuff back. She shared, “He was stating that he wants his property that’s left back at the house, and then he’ll talk about it.”
