TTRPG For the classroom?

This is WEIRD but I'm a substitute teacher. I also love playing TTRPGs. I would love to some how involve ttrpg in the classroom, maybe as a way to encourage good behavior & classroom involvement. Especially the older middle & highschool classes. I've had to idea if say the class wants free time at the end of class they can roll for it or something like that, but how else can I involve it? Most of the work is just complete this assignment in Google classroom. Maybe roll initiative & go in order & do questions together as a class? Maybe even a fun game if at the end of class if everyone finishes their work? I want y'all's thoughts & ideas!
