Timewall Withdraws

I've been using Timewall to earn extra SB. I was trying to do one more cashout before the end of the year. I did not realize that the maximum amount you can withdraw without staff approval is 200,000 points. It says you can contact support which I did. Did anyone else experience this? Did the SB eventually credit to your account?
