Surron making noise when I ride

I was riding my surron 3 days ago and it starting making this band my noise, when I start at a slow speed then accelerate it makes the noise then stops, when I put it up on my stand and accelerate it Dosent make the noise at all. I need help because my dad wants to help me but when don’t know what it is and soon hes not gonna be here for a year. If anyone knows what this is please help.
