Keyless entry issue (fix)

My keyless entry randomly stopped working last week randomly. Since my car was already in the dealership for some other service I let them know about the keyless entry issue. So come to find out they said that my license plate that I kept in the trunk was covering the sensor that controls the keyless entry system. they said the metal plate was blocking the signal from the key fob from getting through to the sensor in the trunk.

Just wanted to give some info just incase someone might have had the same issue as me.
