Is it time to finally hop on gear ?
Hi, just wanted to get some guidance maybe help with when would be a right time for me to hop on a gear. I’m 34, lifting for 18 years, built pretty solid foundation. Had 600ng/dl Test when I was 29, so now I think it would be lower maybe around 450-530 max ( will do another blood tst check ). My problem is, I have the same physique for last 14 years, give or take. I think I hit my natural limit long time ago. It´s a bit frustrating, because I’m working out 5x a week, have very good rest sleep, not so good diet ( but plenty of quality protein) but I just stagnate for a decade already. I have a feeling I could look and feel so much better, taking into account my solid workout regime and discipline, but I’m still very affraid of starting to use gear.
Do you have any recomendations or maybe some helpful insight, if I should just continue naturaly till I’m let’s say 40 and then hop on TRT for life ? Is it too soon in 34 ?
