Advice on studying for step 2

Hi, Please can anyone advice me on how to study for step 2? I’m mostly studying for my exit exam now which is practically like Step 2 and that’s in December. We don’t do shelve exams and I honestly haven’t been studying during my rotations because I was studying for step 1. I’m torn on how to prepare. I’ve bought uworld and done about 4 tests and my average is 51% which isn’t encouraging and I’m not sure just doing uworld and online med Ed is enough for me because I don’t have a solid foundation. Help please! Thanks
