NPCs missing body parts in New Atlantis (Series S, modded)

I’m playing on Xbox Series S and I’ve run into a strange issue where some NPCs are missing body parts like torsos, legs, or arms, especially in New Atlantis. It’s not happening to all NPCs, just some of them.

I have about 70 mods installed and I’ve already gone through them to see if any could be causing this, but I haven’t found any that directly alter NPC appearances or their clothing.

I know pinpointing the cause of this can be tricky, but I was wondering if anyone has encountered a similar issue or knows of a specific mod (or combination of mods) that might be responsible. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
