Quality Control
So I preordered the game from my FLGS and when I got it I noticed that it seemed to be missing a piece. Figured maybe it had just gotten loose and was still somewhere in the box but after checking it is nowhere to be found. What's missing.....the Enterprise warp drive section! I've added pictures of what the box looked like.
I emailed WizKids about the situation. Hopefully they will send me the missing piece. I will update this post when I hear back.
Just wanted to let people know about this and to make sure you check your box's before opening it yourself.
Update- fairly quick response from WizKid, they asked I send proof of purchase before they send the piece to me so I sent a pic of the receip. We’ll see what happens next.
Update 2- email I used was WizKids customer service. Just got a reply saying that the part has been shipped along with a tracking number 🎉
