Missed Periods

I’ve been taking spironolactone for about 2 years now. I started at 50 mg and have now been on 150 mg for about a year.

Increasing dosage messed with my cycles a little and at one point I was having a period every two weeks. That evened out and I’ve now been very regular for over a year. Until this year. My last cycle started about 2 months ago.

Is it normal to completely stop having a period? Husband is snipped, but I’ve taken pregnancy tests and they’re negative, thank god. I have a derm appointment in a week anyways, but just wanted to see if this is a common side effect. Freaks me out quite a bit!
