Playing online

Im going to play online for the first time, im not like most people with online matches in games, if I lose I really don’t care. The thing I wanna avoid is people messaging me saying im spamming things or a bot , how should I play to avoid being a cheese or spam bot/ also things to focus on being good at to win? Don’t say “just don’t play online” cause I need at least 100 matches for my last two achievements.
