What can I do?
So, this is day 8. For more Context, this was my schedule
Day 1 Mix 50g water with 50g flour. Sit at room temperature.
Day 2 To yesterday’s mixture add 50 grams of flour and 50 grams of water. Stir well and cover. Let sit at room temperature.
Day 3 Discard half of the Starter. To the remaining Starter add 100 grams of flour and 100 grams of water. Stir well and cover. Let sit at room temperature.
Day 4 Discard half of the starter. Add 150 grams of flour and 150 grams of water to the bowl and stir well. Cover and let sit at room temperature.
Day 5 Similar to the previous days, discard half of the Starter and add 150 grams of flour and 150 grams of water. Stir well, cover and let sit at room temperature
Day 6 Discard half of the starter and add 200 grams of flour and 200 grams of water. Stir well, cover and let sit at room temperature.
Cause it wasn't as bubbly as I wanted it, I let it sit on Day 7 and 8. It even has the slightly tangy smell! But what do I do know? I'm slightly panicking, cause I want her to be perfect and I'm so eager to bake a bread with it. But what is the schedule now?
