Same starter, same recipe, each loaf a week apart. Just a reminder to be patient!

I started my starter in November and even though my starter was doubling, my bread wasn’t coming out how I wanted. I followed a friends advice and kept trying, and it looks like she just needed some time to mature! So excited to experiment some more!

The recipe is Sourdough Mom’s 8 hour recipe -

• 250g active sourdough starter • 725g warm filtered water • 1000g unbleached flour • 25g salt
