To SM team : I CANNOT UPDATE MY APP
It's been like that since the christmas event. I missed the ENTIRE christmas event, I lack the features of that update and the new one that just dropped.
The play store says I should contact the dev, what I did. They told me "the issue has been forwarded to the team" that was a while ago and nothing came out of it.
Posted several times in that sub.
I tried contacting a soundmap team person on discord, no answer.
I want to do another ticket but for what since support has basically gone MIA for 2 weeks.
Can I at least know if the issue is being worked on is it my device is it a playstore issue what's going on man ? Just some communication
