Need Help with withdraw from Picks- please read! Support no help!

NEED HELP!!! Sleeper picks. I have been trying to withdraw for weeks with multiple attempts using all available methods to me and nothing is working. Support chat has been terrible to deal with, super unhelpful and short.

I’m a new user, a Canadian user (picks launched in Canada recently). I have an amount to withdraw but nothing is working. I deposited via Visa and was told via support chat that I will need to withdraw to the same card. Didn’t work, withdraw failed. No I go back to support and they tell me “Oh in Canada you need to withdraw via interact” and to set that up I have to make a deposit it via interac first, fine. I’ll bite the bullet and deposit another $10 to be able to withdraw hundreds. Try it, failed. Didn’t work. Go back to support chat said “oh you actually can’t withdraw via credit card OR interac - it has to be direct bank deposit”

I am incredibly frustrated by the lack of accountability from the support chat and frankly straight up lack of knowledge. Each one tells me something entirely different. And each time the suggestion is to deposit again!!! Why does that make any sense? In order to get my money out I need to keep putting more money in… that I can’t take out!?

Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. They’re holding hundreds of my winnings and won’t provide and means to withdraw or assist with that process.

Does anyone have any suggestions or ways I can get my money from them.

ps. There is a section to request manual withdraw via being mailed a cheque. Fine, I tried this and of course it does not accept a Canadian address despite the support chat directing me that way because of my issues.
