[Routine Help] Favorite heavy moisturizer for PM?

I have somewhat acne prone combo skin, that needs a heavy nighttime moisturizer. I’ve been using Weleda for years but I think it could be the cause of some persistent closed comedones and enlarged pores. I was looking into LRP triple repair and vanicream, but found a bunch of reviews stating they caused acne. I’d really appreciate your suggestions, thank you!
