hear me out- TE HWAN

i think hes so cute. i think he came on this show acting a little bit like gwan hee with his interviews (still lowkey compared to his) because he saw how famous he became after it (even if it was mostly negative) but u cant hide your true selves for long. hes so genuine and straightforward with what he wants and even with how he describes himself. I also love how hes a one woman kinda man without being too aggressive. Like he expressed his interest towards si an when someone asked him who his second pick was without hiding it and leaving it all out in the open (unlike the other men who js drank instead of asking questions that forced them to lay out their thoughts) while also expressing his true interest towards jiyeon (the only girl so far who he actually decided to make the first move with). he was so reserved and mysterious but in the right way, like he didnt lead any woman on unless he was completely sure of her.

and i really need to talk abt this but i absolutely HATE how the panelists talk abt him.
there have been people on this show who showed wayyyyyy more self love when describing themselves in comparison to te hwan. yet the panelists were so rude? kyuhyun literally said "hes not that handsome.." when te hwan js said that he has self love and is confident in attracting women. wtf is that about? as panelists of a show that ppl from all around the show watch, shouldnt they show a little more responsibility? i get korea is a very appearance oriented country but you have a pretty important role here, you cant js blurt such rude and disrespectful stuff abt someone's appearance on a NETFLIX SHOW. he also once told dex that he needs to "be unbiased as a panelist" when he expressed that he likes jiyeon yet pulls disgusting stunts like this. te hwan wasnt even half as expressive abt his confidence when describing himself as other ppl on the show, yet they are painting him out to be self obsessed. one panelist even said smth along the lines of "his looks are okay, he might pull a woman if he just doesnt speak" and also "he seems to have a very unjustified view of himself" when te hwan js said he thinks he could pull a woman based on first impressions. BRO THATS SO UNNECESSARY AND RUDE. he said such normal stuff compared to some crazy things others have said. honestly my man deserves an apology.

lastly, HES SUCH A SMOOTH TALKER. omg his and jiyeon's chemistry is so good that i was in love with a literal 5 minute interaction. i hope their relationship is given more screentime. i dont want them to be the "underrated" couple like jun sik and yea won who did get some public attention but not as much as they deserved.
