Just paid & resubscribed to Shudder but it still has everything under pay lock for some reason.

Why is this happening? I read something about clearing the cache by going under settings and into apps, but there's no apps feature under settings on my LG smart TV.

What do I do here, did I just get scammed by Shudder?
