bonus ……. yeah.

the bonus is only going to full time employees this year.. what a JOKE. As if we all weren’t busting our asses for this billion dollar company all year and during the holidays. I am just so disappointed in the way this company has changed. Their whole moto is inclusivity and being equal yet they don’t treat their employees the slightest like that. Ever since the flex change, things have felt so unequal and has left so many employees feeling unappreciated. I am literally going to give my BARE MINIMUM and start looking for another job. I can’t bother to be treated like this anymore.
