what is the policy on clients stealing ?

like at my location the managers act like the WORLD is ending !!! they make all staff stop what they’re doing to go watch the clients who steal ?? likeeee we have LP that comes in at 10 and leaves at 4 . likeeee huh ?!!!

LIKE WE GET ROBBED NIGHT TIME like 6-9 when we’re abt to close and get a rush !!!!

but can someone pls tell me the policy abt that ?
