Which country has higher chance of giving me visa for Christmas in Iraq?

Hello everyone, Last year on November I (F) applied for schengen visa for Christmas to France, Paris with my dad and it got rejected (I'll upload the statement as a pic below). This year I want to apply again for Christmas and I want to know which country has higher chance of accepting in Europe for me to apply to, to have a higher chance of acceptance? Thank uuu
