Name in wrong box UK - France Visa Application

Hi all, basically i've misread my application and only just realised the mistake 2 days before my appointment. I've entered my first names under the "Former Surname" box and accidentally left the "First Name" box black. I'm hoping this won't be an issue because it's literally the box beneath but I've tried contacting TLS and received no response yet.

Does anyone have experience / will this be an issue?
