seems like I'm hitting a wall

I'm really aiming for a 1500 or higher, but I just can't. I got a 1480 on my practice test 6, eng 700 math 780, which is my highest. This is my second try, and my first was 1420.

Seems like I just have to keep grinding for Math, but I can't really grasp how to study the reading section. Are there any tips? Feels like reading is more like an area of talent (which I do not have) at this point
