Cajun turkey sandwich on brioche

Every time I make a sandwich on brioche I realize how much more brioche I need in my life. Layered this baby with turkey, white American cheese (a favorite, don’t judge), arugula, salt/peppered/oreganoed tomatoes, red onion with extra Duke’s mayo. Always and only Duke’s. I can’t wait to have this sandwich again tomorrow.
