missing electric scooter - Carmichael

Hey everyone, my girlfriend's scooter went missing sometime in the wee hours of the morning. We're at an apartment complex off of winding and manzanita. The thing is kinda heavy, was locked up with a lock and needs the battery to do anything, so I couldn't have gotten far. It would help if anyone has seen one like it. Thank you
