Hsv symptoms but no outbreak

I Been experiencing what I aspect to be hsv symptoms for the past 9 weeks. Burning and itching in my genital region but no blisters or sores. Recently for the past 3 weeks I’ve been experiencing what I suspect to be prodrome symptoms such as lower back pain, pain on my tail bone, butt checks having a burning sensation,and my lower hips feeling sore but no outbreak. I just took a blood test today to check for hsv and I am paranoid waiting for results. I expected for me to have an outbreak by now since I’m on immunosuppressive medication for the past 7 years. Can anyone share there thoughts?
