Questions about TP Integrated Facility Management

I have just been offered this course. Would like to ask is this course tough to study? I am a ITE DPP student from Electronic Engineering. How's the course like? Im considering whether to accept it as my friend says that the internship for this course is tough. Would need some advice thank you.
